Find YOUR Healthy is
A unique 6 session program that is customized for you, your needs and your health concerns. In each session, you will gain practical nutrition knowledge and food solutions that work with your schedule and your lifestyle. You will set a goal for each step on your food journey and receive resources to help you reach your goals.
Here's what we'll cover in each session:
Session 1: Complete the Find YOUR Healthy personalized nutrition assessment (1 hour: $95.00)
Session 2: Explore how healthy eating will work for you. (1 hour: $95.00)
Session 3: Practical meal ideas to fit your life. (30 minutes: $45.00)
Session 4: Snacks to energize your day. (30 minutes: $45.00)
Session 5: Meal planning 101 (1 hour: $95.00)
Session 6: Go grocery shopping with your dietitian. (1 hour: $95.00)
How Find YOUR Healthy works.
Changing your eating habits takes time and support. It means setting small goals and giving yourself time to practise the changes to see what works, and what doesn't. It means finding other ways to measure health. Health isn’t only a number on a scale, nor is it counting calories and restricting food. It’s a journey. Take it one step at a time.
The time between your sessions are based on you, but plan on 1 to 2 weeks between each one.
Dietitian support is available between sessions via phone or email. Support after the program is available if needed. See Personal Consult services for rates.
Dietitian services are covered by some health plans. Direct billing is available if your plan allows this.
